Oh My! Is the latest girl pop band on the music scene.
They’ve recently signed with record label 679. The girls are a band that will produce modern pop music.
Oh My! Are made up of two band members; Alex is aged 20 and Jade 19 years old, their both northern girls, who met each other while at dance school where they became very close friends.
The two girls are very bubbly characters whom just want to be successful and make great music.
There has been some comparison of them as being the girl version of the Jedwrds.
They chose the name Oh My! Because ‘Oh My’ was the name of their favourite track by Tweet ft Miss Elliott, so they decided to use it as their bands name.
Their debut track 'Run this Town' which they have only just released lately is well liked and has had some good reviews.
At the moment the girls are working with rapper Example, who is helping them to write and produce their first songs.
The record label 679 have artist already signed to them such as The Streets, The Diamonds and Little Boots.
Oh My! Will certainly be helped by 679 because of the arty attitude they have which will help the girls to be a success in music and will be push towards a chart success.
There is a place in the charts for this girl pop band as long as they stay grounded and go about their success the same way maybe the spice girls did, if they do then they should be able to have a good music career.
Their first single is ‘Run This Town’ it’s a song that makes reference what its like to be a teenager. So run the track and have a listen.
